It took a little while, but it's here at last.
This one had a few too many complicated SFX for my taste, so I was a little lazy about cleaning them out. If there's one thing that I'm not, a redrawer is definitely it.
At least it's still February!

ReplyDeleteIt looks like the fish is pretty much only found in Japan, so although there are different names for it (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Striped_beakfish), that probably won't help.
DeleteI have thought about trying to do most of these recipes (and put them up on the website), but ones like this make it a little hard. Someone who knows more about fish than I do might be able to figure out a reasonable alternative fish.

P.s.: Beakfish's meat is something like perch meat.
